Blue Eye Schools will welcome three new administrators for the 2026–2027 school year.
Mr. Blane Redus will become the PreK-2nd grade Principal, Mrs. Katie Miller 3rd-8th grade Principal, and Kyle Turner, High School Principal.
Mr. Redus joins us from the Marionville School District where he serves as the Process Coordinator and Early Childhood Special Education Teacher. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to early childhood education, instructional leadership, and building meaningful relationships with students and families. His experience working with the youngest learners and supporting teachers in creating strong academic foundations makes him an outstanding fit for this role.
Mrs. Miller is a lifelong member of the Blue Eye Community and a Blue Eye graduate. She currently teaches High School English for Blue Eye. Mrs. Miller brings experience in instructional leadership, student engagement, and building strong relationships with staff and families. Her passion for education, combined with her deep roots in our community, makes her uniquely positioned to lead our 3rd- 8th grade students during these important years.
Mr. Turner has spent the last 20 years in the Blue Eye School District as a Special Education/At-Risk Teacher, Physical Education Teacher, Athletic Director and Coach. He brings a passion for student success, high expectations, and a belief that every student can achieve at high levels. His leadership will continue to strengthen our culture of pride and performance at the high school.
We look forward to the positive impact all three of these principals will have on our Blue Eye Students. Please join us in welcoming them to the team!
